The Residences at Little Nell, Aspen, Colorado
This luxurious, exclusive fractional ownership hotel is located at the base of the Aspen ski mountain in Aspen Colorado. The project includes four rooftop water features and one plaza water wall feature. The rooftop features include a custom a mosaic tiled swimming pool constructed with “Myrtha” PVC laminated stainless steel technology that provies panoramic views of the valley below. The first of the two rooftop spa pools, has a custom mosaic tile finish, over “Myrtha” PVC laminated stainleess steel spa strucure, and is positioned so guests can enjoy either the view of the valley below or the beautiful mountain above.
The unique water garden feature incorporates custom concrete stepping stones and planters throughout the space creating amazing geometric lines. In the center of the water garden, another “Myrtha” spa pool is located with stunning views of the ski hill. When guests reach the Gondola Level of the hotel, they can enjoy the custom water wall feature that mimics the lines of the adjacent meandering walkway. Each feature boasts underwater lighting, creating an incredible visual experience no matter the time of day.
