Ross is a Civil Engineer licensed in many states. Ross helps with professional engineering design coordination and review of swimming pool plans for structural, hydraulic filtration and sanitizing system design. He works closely with local authorities and municipalities. Ross is involved in structural assessments of existing water feature structures and provides design and consultation for retaining walls, footings for modular pool systems, and equipment vaults. Ross is also responsible for pre-construction site drainage designs on many large projects in the Salt Lake City area.

Ross has owned and operated his own professional engineering firm since 1960. He has vast experience in all aspects of the operations of an engineering/design firm.
