This project is located at the Element 31 Apartment complex in Salt Lake City, Utah. The project includes a geometric shaped pool with large lounging and step area. The pool deck has multiple levels which allows for a portion of the pool to have raised walls creating the perfect place for the custom, geometric shaped, bowl water feature that is pristinely perched on the corner of the pool. Adjacent to the pool is a spa that also has a multi-level deck, allowing for a portion of the spa to be raised 18” above the deck for visual interest and providing an area for the ADA transferwall system. The large, tiled, square spa has perimeter benching and multiple hydrotherapy jets for guest enjoyment. Both the pool and spa are constructed with PVC laminated stainless steel membrane technology and have custom cast in place coping.
