Provide Construction site visits as required to cover;

1. Review of excavation, steel, piping, and imbedded items prior to gunite/concrete placement.

2. Review of feature systems prior to installation of water proofing finishes and prior to initial water fill.

3. Review of systems after initial start-up/balancing.

4. Review of feature systems at substantial completion to create a punch list for the contractor.
